She is responsible for management training for the Coldwell Banker offices in the Western United States. Before joining the company, Denton was a self-employed residential real estate trainer and consultant. From 1986 to 1991, she was principal broker and executive vice president of Coldwell Banker First Properties in Syracuse, N.Y.
