X for ‘Evidence’: British film standards authorities announced Tuesday that they have given Madonna’s new film, “Body of Evidence,” an X rating. British censors ruled the film unfit for viewing by those under 18 because of its explicit sex scenes, including one in which she drips hot candle wax over the chest of her lover, played by Willem Dafoe. Madonna plays a woman accused of killing her rich lover during a lovemaking marathon. The movie won’t play in England until March; it’s due out in the United States on Jan. 15.
