'Mortgage Nightmares'

I want to commend David W. Myers on an outstanding set of articles (“Mortgage Nightmares”) in the Sunday (Nov. 8) edition.

I am keeping the source guide in my files for the use of my customers if they experience any difficulties in loan servicing.

Again, Myers did a fine job in informing the public as to how to “fight back” when the system doesn’t work. Keep it up!
