Credit Weill as Well for ‘Threepenny Opera’

In regard to the article by Mark Chalon Smith on “The Threepenny Opera” (“UCI Troupe Tackles Controversial Translation of ‘Threepenny Opera,’ ” Calendar Nov. 17), playwright Bertolt Brecht is named 12 times, composer Kurt Weill only twice. In addition, the photo caption refers to Brecht’s “Threepenny Opera.”

Can we look forward to articles by Mr. Smith about Ghislangoni’s “Aida,” Da Ponte’s “Don Giovanni,” Piave’s “Rigoletto,” Schikaneder’s “Magic Flute,” etc.?
