J. Michael Hagan has been elected 1993 chairman of the Industrial League of Orange County. He is chairman and chief executive of Furon Co. Hagan succeeds Reed L. Royalty, executive vice president of TCS Governmental Consulting. Loren Pannier, chief financial officer of Carl Karcher Enterprises, and Harold S. Schultz, managing partner of Coopers & Lybrand, were elected vice chairmen. In addition, Helen Cameron, vice president of Time Zone/Management Consulting, was elected secretary, and Dick Allen, president of DIMA Ventures Inc., was elected treasurer.
