Heitman Properties Ltd. has appointed Jana G. Low leasing manager for Jamboree Business Center in Tustin, Griffin Towers in Santa Ana and Congressional Place in Long Beach. Heitman is managing agent for the three properties, which were acquired by Chicago-based Heitman Advisory Corp. on behalf of institutional investors. Low previously worked for Catellus Development Corp.
