HIGH TECH FIGHTER: The highly successful Fox TV show “America’s Most Wanted” is getting some high-tech help from a Santa Ana software company, Infotec Development Inc. . . . Through its PhotoSketch system--using family photos and other data--it can show how a 6-year-old missing for four years, for example, would look at age 10. Other victims groups are using it too. “We think it’s going to help solve a lot of cases,” says Infotec’s James L. Cradduck.
