Education Is Key to Better Tomorrow

As a student (at Orange Coast College), I am very aware of the changes in the school system. This year alone tuition nearly doubled, and many classes were dropped. As if this isn’t enough, the amount of financial aid available is decreasing.

With today’s economy the way it is, how is a young person supposed to get an education?

It is hard enough to find a job with a college education, but it is twice as hard to find one without a college education.

We as a nation need to start placing more emphasis on education. As the world around us advances, we are not going to advance with them. We need to demand change in our school systems.

Our future lies in the hands of our young, and education will bring a better tomorrow.
