Brave Bob: Bob Hope was honored Monday for his bravery in entering combat zones around the world to entertain U.S. troops during World War II, as well as in Korea, Vietnam and the Persian Gulf. The 89-year-old comedian was named winner of the “Life on the Line Award” by the Gen. and Mrs. Curtis E. LeMay Foundation, a nonprofit organization that assists widows of Air Force officers.
