WHAT’S THAT, MOMMY? Joni Mitchell sang that “they took all the trees and put them in a tree museum,” but it isn’t all that far-fetched. . . . The city of Orange has a tree museum of sorts in Hart Park, a half-acre beside the Garden Grove Freeway planted with orange trees. “The idea popped up in the ‘70s that maybe we should include a small orchard so people could see what orange groves looked like,” says a park spokesman. “By the end of the century, it could be the only orange grove in Orange.”
