Novadyne Appoints New Head of Eastern Region

James J. Heigl Jr. has been appointed vice president and general manager at Novadyne Computer Systems Inc., with responsibility for the eastern region and government services sector. Before joining the Santa Ana-based company, Heigl was vice president and general manager of Litton Computer Services, a division of Litton Industries. Heigl worked for Litton Industries for more than 20 years in a number of management positions.
