Apple Reveals Color Printer, Scanner: Apple Computer Inc. stock surged on the NASDAQ market as the company introduced a raft of new products, including its first color printer and imaging scanner. Apple also rolled out powerful new Windows-compatible LaserWriter printers for business, announced a new ergonomic keyboard and cut prices by up to 41% on existing imaging products. Shares of the Cupertino, Calif.-based computer giant jumped $2.50 to $61.75 in NASDAQ trading.
