HISTORIC MOMENT: Tustin High School senior Sarah Kim’s first trip to Washington will be a special one. The Congressional Youth Leadership Council picked Kim as one of 500 high school students who will attend the parade and inauguration. . . . Kim, whose father is pastor of the Korean Community Church of Irvine, calls the trip a “once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.” Still, she says, were she old enough last November, “I probably would’ve voted for Bush.”
