Nothing Funny About Murray at Rose Bowl

Jim Murray’s article on the Rose Bowl game belongs not on Page 1 of the sports section, but on the same page as Doonesbury. It wasn’t funny, so the comics page is out. Such sour grapes! Here were two of the better teams of the nation competing.

Jim should include himself with the 9,000 people who missed the game, because he sure did.
