Gender Pay Differences

Your report regarding pay differential between women and men included a chart which was of particular interest here at the RTD. The chart included the occupation bus drivers and indicated women earned significantly less than men in this occupational class.

Please be advised that female and male bus drivers at the RTD earn equal pay for equal work. Further, female and male employees of the RTD in all occupations earn equal pay for equal work. This, of course, is the way it should be.
