Governor’s Arts List: Clint Eastwood, Ella Fitzgerald and L.A. artist Robert Graham are among this year’s winners of the Governor’s Awards for the Arts. Others honored for contributions to the arts in California include the L.A. community group Plaza de la Raza, writer Ray Bradbury, arts patron Gordon P. Getty and corporate arts patron Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A. Actor-director Eastwood will be given a special honor for a lifetime of achievement in entertainment at the fourth annual awards ceremony sponsored by the California Arts Council on Feb. 26 at the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel.
