In Support of Back-Yard Composting

I really enjoyed your back-yard composting article (Around the Valley column, Times Valley Edition, Jan. 3). It was most informative and its positive message is greatly appreciated. A very successful back-yard program could save the city and its taxpayers a lot of money.
