Bilingual Group Honors Baldwin Park Parent

Benny Morgan, who has been active in the Baldwin Park Unified School District bilingual program since 1988, is one of 12 parents to receive the Outstanding Parent Volunteer award from the California Assn. for Bilingual Education.
She has been active in the home/school partnership, multicultural fair and is a member of the Bilingual Advisory Committee’s executive council.
