HIGH-TECH ART: You have to wonder how Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel ceiling would have turned out if he’d had a chance to use a “snorkel condor lift” instead of working on his back. . . . The artists giving an Italian Renaissance touch to the new Roxbury supper club in Santa Ana last week used such a lift--like ones used by firefighters--to paint a sky into the ceiling. The Roxbury, the third major club to come to Orange County in recent months, plans to open Feb. 26.
