THE ART OF PUTTING: What if you asked nine artists to build a nine-hole miniature golf course? The Laguna Art Museum has done just that at South Coast Plaza. The results will have you putting past the Declaration of Independence, through someone’s living room, and on down to Fantasy Island. . . . The miniature golf course opens today for a month at the Costa Mesa mall--$1.50 children, $3 adults--to benefit the museum. Says one of the artists, Anthony Ausgang: “I’ve been asked to create a lot of things; this is my first golf course.”
