Paul Conrad’s Retirement

Share

It was with great regret that I learned I would no longer have a provocative cartoon by the inimitable Conrad to chuckle over with my morning coffee. Sometimes puzzling, often amusing, always thought-provoking, his wit and wisdom have graced your editorial pages to the delight of some and the chagrin of others. He will be sorelymissed.

Editor’s note: Although Paul Conrad will be formally retiring from The Times at the end of March, he will continue to draw syndicated cartoons, at a reduced frequency, and The Times will be running them twice a week, along with the works of other cartoonists.
