Stock to Split: PDA Engineering on Monday declared a 2-for-1 common-stock split for all those owning the stock on Feb. 16. The split will take effect March 1. PDA’s stock rose 25 cents a share to close at $17.75 in Monday’s trading on the NASDAQ market. The Costa Mesa-based company provides engineering services and Patran brand mechanical engineering software to commercial and government customers worldwide.
