NOT POCKET CHANGE: President Andrew Jackson once presented the King of Siam with a set of nine U.S. coins. That 1834 set has been sold several times since. . . . The proud new owners: Greg Roberts and Dwight Manley, who run Spectrum Numismatics in Irvine. They paid $1.8 million for it at a major Beverly Hills coin show this week. Says auction operator Ira Goldberg: “The set once sold for $3.1 million; when the economy improves, those coins will sell for 4 to $5 million easy.”
