Daylight Time for Mexico

MEXICO CITY —
Mexico will begin daylight-saving time for the first time in the spring of 1994, officials said. Daylight-saving time was to have begun this year but was postponed to allow officials to work out problems with work hours, airline schedules and school schedules.
