Miami Dolphin running back Bobby Humphrey failed to surrender to authorities in Columbus, Ga., as he promised he would. He is wanted on a misdemeanor charge of giving police a false name. Humphrey, who was arrested Sunday and released on $12,500 bond, was charged with cocaine possession, aggravated assault of former Alabama teammate Vantreise Davis and destruction of hotel property.
