Problems Still Grow for Garden Club

I just couldn’t let this pass.

The Department of Water and Power has just found they have been giving free water to the Arleta Community Garden Club (mainly senior citizens and minorities) for the past 17 years?

Come on Water and Power, give us a break!

And while you’re at it, have a heart and give them a break too.
