TRUTH IN VEGETABLES

Wow! What a novel idea! A veggie burger that tastes just like vegetables (“Rock and Hard Places,” by Charles Perry, Jan. 10). Did it ever occur to Perry that people order vegetables, rice and nuts because they like the flavor, not because they want to fool themselves into thinking that they’re eating meat?
