Jeff Mackler has joined Ruder-Finn Inc., a public relations firm based in Encino, as president of Ruder’s new entertainment division. Mackler is the founder and was previously president of JMC, a public relations and marketing firm that specialized in the entertainment industry. Ruder said JMC will retain its name.
