ITT Gilfillan, the ITT Corp. unit in Van Nuys that makes radar systems, has made several executive appointments.

They include Ward White, who will remain head of business management, becomes division vice president; Esther Wilcox, director of contracts; John Milan, engineering director, and David Hammers, who will continue as director of advanced engineering, also becomes head of key technology programs.

ITT Gilfillan also named Jeffrey Nemit director of advanced technology applications, Bobby J. Wagner director of product assurance, and James Fitzsimmons director of operations program planning and control and materiel.
