LTC Properties Reports $763,000 Profit for 1992

LTC Properties Inc., an Oxnard-based real estate investment trust that invests in nursing homes, posted a 1992 profit of $763,000 on revenue of $4.01 million.

The trust had no prior-year results because it began operations in late August, when it also completed its initial public stock offering.

For the fourth quarter ended Dec. 31, LTC Properties earned $694,000 on revenue of $2.94 million.
