COMMUNITY SERVICE? The first fund-raiser for the Tommy Lasorda Jr. Memorial Recreational Facility, to be located in Yorba Linda, brought out a lot of big names this week. But none wowed the crowd at the Beverly Hilton event more than Michael Milken, the junk bond king fresh from prison and now doing community service. . . . Milken is a longtime friend of Dodger Manager Tommy Lasorda. The youth center will be named for Lasorda’s son, who died last year.
