Cytocare Inc.: The Irvine medical products company reported 1992 net income of $1.2 million, or 22 cents a share, on revenue of $13.6 million. That compares to net income of $862,000, or 18 cents a share, on revenue of $9.8 million, for 1991. For the fourth quarter, net income increased 75%, to $241,000, or 5 cents a share, from $138,000, or 3 cents a share, for the like 1991 quarter. Revenue was up 75%, to $4.2 million from $2.4 million. The company said revenue for the quarter and year ended Dec. 31, 1992, included a onetime gain of $1.4 million related to the resolution of litigation with General Electric over medical equipment exported to Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
