NBC did no wrong presenting a worst case, open-flame scenario accident reconstruction of 300 incidents with GM trucks. It is curious they chose to apologize in a way that is helpful to GM’s appeal of the $105.2 million judgment. Could following the money trail lead us anywhere in this case?
