THEY’RE COMING! Temperamental Africanized honeybees, sometimes nicknamed “killer bees,” could reach Orange County by year’s end. . . . To prepare, the county wants to tap national experts for a bee conference April 14 in Buena Park, which county supervisors must approve next week. Scientists say the bee’s threat has been exaggerated, but county officials say the insect has proven “disruptive,” and they want to “heighten awareness.”
