Lucianne Hamilton has formed the Hamilton Group, a public relations and marketing agency in Irvine. She was formerly public relations director and advertising manager for Gotcha Sportswear. Before that, she was public relations manager for Ocean Pacific Sunwear and media relations manager for Nordstrom stores, Southern California.
