Computer Maker Seeks Chapter 11: TSL Holdings Inc., a Moorpark-based personal-computer maker formerly called Tandon Corp., said it is filing for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the federal bankruptcy laws. TSL said the filing will enable the company to complete debt-restructuring talks with its trade creditors, which are owed in excess of $70 million. A tentative pact with some of the creditors has already been reached, said TSL, which has been battered in recent years by a price-cutting war in the PC market.
