Auction Rescheduled: An auction of 54 properties including a 6.6-acre site at Irvine Spectrum has been pushed back a week to March 21. Sheldon Good & Co., a Newport Beach auction company, said the event was changed to give buyers more time to evaluate eight properties added to the list in the past few weeks. The auction, which also includes luxury homes, office buildings, retail sites and apartments, will begin at 11 a.m. at the Westin South Coast Plaza hotel.
