Build More Low-Cost Houses

The agricultural land at Pierce College should go to low-income housing with a group like Habitat for Humanity, which is building a project in Pacoima. With all of the low-income families there are, there is a greater need for that than a golf course.

There are plenty of golf courses for people to go to.
