San Diego County aggressively recruits TV and movie makers to boost their economy, and Vasquez next week plans to ask the Board of Supervisors to study a similar effort here. . . . Says Vasquez: “We have mountains, we have canyons, we have beaches, and we’re missing a golden opportunity.”
