Schools and Racism

Share

Sosapavon does us a service by uncovering racism . . . his own. Our elected officials and other concerned citizens look to breaking up the school district not because it is now a “minority school district,” but because it simply is a mess and no longer works. There are many arenas where Sosapavon’s concerns about racial minorities can productively be addressed.

But if Sosapavon and others cannot see that every problem of society is not race-related, we will never be able to effectively solve those problems that are not.
