From Times Staff and Wire Reports

The U.N. nuclear agency renewed a call to North Korea to allow inspectors to visit two controversial military sites and said it will meet March 31 to consider North Korea’s response. Meeting in Vienna, governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency urged North Korea to give it additional information about its nuclear program and access to the two sites, suspected of being secret nuclear waste plants. North Korea said last week that it is pulling out of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty after the IAEA set a March 25 deadline for inspections of the sites.
