Here is a look at community forums, debates and other events in the Los Angeles mayor’s race. It will run each Thursday through the April 20 primary. Warren Olney of radio station KCRW’s “Which Way L.A.” will moderate a forum with six mayoral candidates, sponsored by the local chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA Los Angeles). A discussion focusing on planning, urban design, environment, development and economic issues will be held from 6:30 to 9 p.m. today, with a reception following at the Japan America Theater, 244 San Pedro St., Los Angeles.

The Adat Ari El Men’s Club will hold a forum today at 7:45 p.m. in the club’s Sanctuary Lounge, 12020 Burbank Blvd., North Hollywood. For more information, call (818) 766-9426.

Valley Organized in Community Efforts (VOICE), a grass-roots, nonpartisan organization of Catholic, Protestant and Jewish congregations in the San Fernando Valley, will hold a forum at 7:30 p.m. Monday at St. Joseph the Worker Church hall, 19855 Sherman Way, Canoga Park.
