Compared to private schools that place limits on student enrollment, I’ve had the opportunity to be part of a campus that reflects the reality of different backgrounds and ethnicities. I’ve shared in the openness of students being allowed to express their ideals and beliefs and, in turn, have developed a greater appreciation for what these cultures have to offer.
