Lewis Billups, former Cincinnati Bengal defensive back, was indicted by a federal grand jury in Lexington, Ky., for making threats against Rex Chapman of the Washington Bullets.
The indictment alleged that Billups twice called Chapman’s sister, Jenny, on March 18 to threaten Chapman.
