Holiday Inn Switches Mexican Partners: Shortly after dumping longtime franchisee Posadas de Mexico, the U.S. hotel chain is negotiating a $42-million, 50-50 joint agreement with Posadas’ rival, Situr, an affiliate of the construction conglomerate Sidek.
