Metalclad Corp.: The Newport Beach hazardous waste treatment and industrial insulation services company reported a 1992 net loss of $4.5 million, or 68 cents a share, compared to a net loss of $976,000, or 19 cents a share, in 1991. Revenue declined 26%, to $16.3 million from $21.9 million. The company’s 1992 loss includes costs associated with the development of hazardous waste treatment facilities in Mexico.
