Koll Co. Will Offer Corporate Clients : Real Estate Advisory, Consulting Services

Koll Management Services said Thursday that it has formed a real estate advisory and consulting service for corporate clients.

Koll Corporate Alliance Group, or KCA Group, will provide strategic planning, portfolio management, relocation services, and acquisition and consolidation analysis for real estate investors.

KCA is a joint venture with the Street Co., a real estate advisory firm in Newport Beach. President Harold Street will serve as president of KCA and chairman of its advisory board.

The advisory firm will have exclusive rights to real estate software programs called LASER, which includes lease management and administrative functions.
