Scott Death Is Tragedy
Dist. Atty. Michael Bradbury is absolutely correct when he says rancher Donald Scott should not be dead. Scott was a victim of a flawed asset-seizure law, overzealous, poorly organized and gung-ho police officers and greed.
Los Angeles County Sheriff Sherman Block says his officers acted “in good faith.” The bottom line is that a good man died while attempting to defend his home and family against what he thought was a gang of criminals.
