Concerns Over Health Care Plan

With all the hubbub about health care reform, one idea which may have merit involves giving health professionals a tax incentive to care for the poor. It is kind of surprising that the government hasn’t come up with this idea with respect to health care because it is certainly used on a regular basis for other purposes. I would personally be delighted to put some time in to get some money off my taxes if such a system could be made convenient and workable.
