ROARING BACK: How do you offend a congressman? When you accuse him of taking a freebie he didn’t take. At a recent town hall meeting held by local Republican congressmen, a member of Ross Perot’s United We Stand group jumped on them about perks, and wrongly assumed that members of Congress get free haircuts. Not so: they pay $10 per clip. An irritated Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-Huntington Beach) responded: “When I turn around and get really picked on for an unfair situation, I think it hurts somebody; it hurts me.”
